Document How to apply a coupon code to an existing account
Coupon codes can only be applied when a GameTap account is initially created.

If you have an unredeemed coupon and you are an existing GameTap subscriber, please contact us by submitting a ticket.

Give us your TapID / Screenname, your email address, and information about your coupon, including the code and where / how you received the code. A GameTap Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you.
