1. Go to GameTap.com and select the Login at the top of the page.
2. On the Login page, select the "Forgot your password?" link.
3. On the Reset Password page, enter your TapID / Screen Name in the field provided and select Continue.
We will send a new temporary password to the email we have on file. If you do not receive your new password, please check your spam / junk filter.
