    • Logout of GameTap.com, open up Task Manager, and end the gametapplayer.exe process.
  2. Open up My Computer or Windows Explorer.
  3. Navigate to C:\Program Files\GameTap Web Player\bin\release
  4. Right-click on gametapplayer.exe and choose Properties.
  5. Go to the Compatibility tab.
