Your computer may crash to a blue screen while playing GameTap if you have Bit Defender installed.
The Bit Defender updater installed with Bit Defender is incompatible with the GameTap software. When the update initializes with GameTap running, your computer will crash to a blue screen.
Prior to launching GameTap, you must turn off Bit Defender's updater.
To do this, right click on the Bit defender icon at the bottom right next to your clock and put your mouse over Update. Click on Automatic update is enabled which will disable the updater until you re-enable it.
Important: If you choose to disable to allow for GameTap, remember to re-enable when you are finished playing.
