Document The game crashes or freezes

If a game has trouble running, or always blocks at a specific section and having followed all the guidelines in this help has not worked, we ask you to uninstall the game data and reinstall (re-download) it. 

This is easy to do, and you will not remove your saved games: 

1 - Log on to your account on the website and go to your My Games section. Find the game you are having problems with (Brave Piglet, for example).
 


2 - Click on the red Delete symbol next to it. You will receive this message to confirm:




Once you click OK to delete the game, you will be asked if you wish to keep your savegames. Click Ok to preserve them, or Cancel to erase them.


3 - The removal of the game should only take a few seconds. You can then go back to the game's presentation page, then click Download to re-download it in its entirety.
