How to cancel a GameTap subscription
- You will NOT be billed again unless you re-subscribe to GameTap.
- After this date you will still have access to GameTap's selection of free games.
1. Log in to your account with your TapID at GameTap.com. Please note: To cancel, you must log in with the Primary Account created when you signed up for GameTap, not a sub-account.
2. Select the My GameTap button in your backpack, in the upper-right section of the GameTap website.
3. From the Dashboard page, select the Account tab.
4. Please write down your Order number - you will need to enter it during the cancellation process.
Note: If you do not have an Order Number displayed, please submit a service request to cancel your subscription.
5. On the left side of the Account page select Cancel subscription in the box containing your subscription information.
6. Select a reason for canceling, then select Continue. You will then be presented with a field for entering your order number for verification. Enter your Order Number from Step 4 and select Verify.
7. Your cancellation request will begin to be processed and you will be taken to the Games tab of My GameTap. You can still access and play games in your canceled subscription until your subscription end date.
