Due to the migration to a new billing system, your Next Payment Date may display as 05/03/2009. Please note that this information is NOT correct. This date does NOT reflect your next payment date.

This date was placed in the system as padding to ensure that everyone was able to maintain their permission settings during the billing transition period. This date should NOT be interpreted to reflect the next time your card or account will be billed, so please budget your monthly accounts and assume that that you will be billed for each month of service accordingly. 

If you were not billed in March due to the billing freeze on 3/15 (your normal bill date is later than the 15th of each month), you may be billed twice in April to account for this missed month. We will not be shifting all next payment dates by 3 weeks as a result of this freeze. We will be using the month of April to return to your regular billing date. Please expect this next payment date to start 04/07 for those accounts that were not billed in March.

For those accounts who upgraded to the $59.95 price but did not get billed immediately due to your normal billing date being after the 15th of each month, we will notify you by email before billing your account at $59.95. Please expect this next payment date to start in Mid April.
