Document How do I change my billing cycle from monthly to yearly or vice versa?
Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to change your billing cycle directly.

In order to change this information, you will first need to cancel your GameTap account. At the end of your current billing period, your account will return to the Free Pack. At this time, you can resubscribe to your previous pack with your new billing cycle.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Note: You can still access and play games in your canceled subscription until your subscription end date.
