Resolving Game Play Issues
- Review the Known Issues below.
- Be sure you meet System requirements for the game, as they may differ from the Player requirements.
- If the game fails to launch, Restart the GameTap Player. Some instances of launch problems require a restart of the player to release some resources. If this does not resolve your problem, follow Problems Launching Games troubleshooting steps.
Known Issue:
Only the sound plays on the Intro Video while using Vista.
In-game help files require winhlp32.exe, which is not supported under Vista.
Resolution:
There is no known resolution at this time.
