Resolving Game Play Issues
- Be sure you meet System requirements for the game, as they may differ from the Player requirements.
- If the game fails to launch, Restart the GameTap Player. Some instances of launch problems require a restart of the player to release some resources. If this does not resolve your problem, follow Problems Launching Games troubleshooting steps.
