Resolution:
Set GameTap to run as an administrator.
To do this Right click on the GameTap Icon on your desktop
Choose Properties
Click on the compatibility Tap
Check the Run this Program as an administrator Box
Apply setting and restart Game Tap
GameTap's minimum requirements exceed one or more of this game's minimum requirements.
