Document Running GameTap with Games on Demand Services and other game services
Known issue: GameTap and other Games on Demand services use similar encryption methods and are not compatible.

Due to this you may experience issues attempting to start games inside of GameTap while a different Games on Demand service is installed.

Resolution:
Currently, the only resolution for this issue is to uninstall the conflicting Games on Demand program.
You will need to re-boot your computer after uninstalling the conflicting program.

You may also need to use GameTap Utilities to repair and reset GameTap after uninstalling the conflicting program.

To repair and reset GameTap:
  1. Click Start.
  2. Click All Programs.
  3. Navigate to the GameTap Folder.
  4. Click GameTap Utilities.
  5. Select the Basic Repair Tools tab.
  6. Click Repair Installation and then Continue.
  7. Once this process is complete, click Reset GameTap and then Reset.
  8. After you get a Resetting GameTap client complete message, GameTap Utilities and start GameTap.
