Resolving Game Play Issues

- Be sure you meet System requirements for the game, shown below, as they may differ from the Player requirements.
- If the game fails to launch, Restart the GameTap Player. Some instances of launch problems require a restart of the player to release some resources. If this does not resolve your problem, follow Problems Launching Games troubleshooting steps.
Known Issue:
There are multiple known issues with the original game. These issues/solutions can be located on the publisher's website.
Known Issue:
After playing the game for an extended amount of time, the following issues may occur:
- Response to keyboard and mouse input may become delayed.
- Sound effects may become delayed or stop playing entirely.
- Enemy AI may become unresponsive.
Resolution:
Quitting and restarting the game should resolve these issues.
Known Issue:
Some objects will be displayed as solid white, solid black, or filled with random patterns on the following Intel graphics cards: 82830M, 82845G, 82852/82855 family, 82865G.
Resolution:
This game requires hardware pixel shader support to run properly, which is not implemented on these cards.
